    Lava roo in demon keep on the outside part there is 10bfg ammo and a personal teleporter

    Chemical reaction the chicken room there is 50health

    type when ur ingame /record when ur done type in console /stoprecord and then u go to ur demo foloder in ur baseq3 folder in ur directory and then it will probly be demo0000.dm_73 then upload it onto utube then put a link for it on this site also please thank me if i helped out =) just write thanks back to me in a quote
