    Does anybody know where I can download defrag for mac osx?
    I really wanna improve my strafing and circle jump, there was a time when I couldn't do it at all (MrM will know this lol) but now I can do all of the strafing excericises that are ON QL training, apart from the VERY last one, I can do the first two in the last hall.
    Anybody got any places where I can download defrag for Mac?

    thers another training map for quake live, made by RAZ3R
    just search it in the ql forums, its called raztrainql_beta2 or raztrainql_beta3, theres heaps of differant jumping exersises and strafe pads

    it should tell u how to play it, but what u do is put the map in your baseql folder which is somewhere hard to find on ur pc, baseql is in the AppData file also, then on ql set up a practice match, then go to console type in '/map raztrainql_beta3' without quotes or if u got the beta2 version change to beta2. I dont know if u have to do something differant on a mac and it most likely is something comepletely differant, otherwise get windows lol or google it.
